BridgeWise, a New York-based global AI investment intelligence platform, has introduced SignalWise, a new personalised alerts and insights system for digital trading platforms and financial advisors.
Launched at Money20/20 Europe, SignalWise aims to provide relevant and timely market intelligence designed to support client engagement, activate trading activity, and aid informed decision-making.
Unlike traditional alert systems, SignalWise incorporates real-time event detection with AI-driven predictive analysis and personalised insights.
It links specific events and asset types with suitable investor segments based on portfolio data and behavioural patterns.
The system also provides historical context and analysis in multiple languages across a broad range of securities, including stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, forex pairs, cryptocurrency indices, and commodities.

France-based trading platform Goliaths.io is among the first to adopt SignalWise.

SignalWise introduces a multi-layered structure to differentiate itself from conventional alerting systems.
Its live event detection feature identifies major market movements, such as price breakouts, range shifts, or spikes in volatility, in near real time.
A contextual layer adds historical, statistical, and analytical framing to help investors respond swiftly.
Notifications are further tailored through a deep personalisation system that matches alerts to investors based on their interests, engagement levels, and behaviours.
This layered approach allows platforms to communicate more effectively with users and enables financial advisors to remain informed and responsive, even outside the typical scope of traditional research support.
SignalWise is intended to support both trading platforms and financial advisors in a strategic capacity.
For platforms, it is expected to increase user activity, improve retention, and re-engage inactive users through event-driven notifications.
These alerts can be customised and delivered via push notification, email, SMS, or in-platform messaging.
For advisors, the system bridges the gap between long-term investment strategy and day-to-day market changes.
It offers scalable and compliant content that can be shared with clients, helping advisors maintain a proactive role in client engagement.
Initial implementations have shown encouraging results. SignalWise has recorded average click-through rates of up to 15% on market alerts, generated approximately US$3 in revenue per notification through increased user activity, and contributed to noticeable rises in client deposits.
BridgeWise plans to expand SignalWise’s capabilities in the coming months, including its integration with Bridget, the firm’s conversational AI investment tool that provides regulatory-compliant investment recommendations.
