AU10TIX, an Israel and New York-based provider of identity verification and management solutions, has appointed Yair Tal as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Tal, who brings more than two decades of leadership experience in payments, financial technology and localisation services, will focus on strengthening the company’s machine learning capabilities and supporting its international expansion through a regional strategy.
He succeeds Dan Yerushalmi, who is stepping down to spend more time with his family.
Before joining AU10TIX in April 2025, Tal served as Chief Executive of BLEND, an AI-powered localisation firm.
He previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise at Payoneer, where he contributed to the company’s growth from a start-up into a global e-payment provider over 13 years.

“Amid the rise of escalating deepfake fraud, trust is becoming increasingly elusive,”
Tal said.
“We find ourselves questioning the integrity of everything, from social media content to global political events. Our mission is to protect individuals and businesses against fraud, so they can concentrate on what truly matters: accelerating growth, expanding operations, nurturing customer relationships and leveraging industry trends. As a team, we are committed to driving innovation through machine learning and outpacing even the most sophisticated fraud schemes.”
AU10TIX develops identity verification and fraud prevention technology for businesses in industries such as automotive, banking, crypto, financial technology, gaming, payments, social media, telecommunications, e-commerce, enterprise workforce and age-restricted services.
Its solutions are designed to support automated customer onboarding while helping detect and prevent fraud, including deepfake-related threats.
