Description

The Global Head of Product Management /Senior VP Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that products meet the needs of customers and align with business goals and market demand.

Responsibilities

Product Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals and market expansion.

- Lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget

- Coordinate permanently with Chief Operating Officers, to manage engineering time and resources in persistent team frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the payments industry

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our products and make data-driven decisions

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback and insights for product improvements

- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage

- Further develop incubation and acceleration practices inside the company to deep innovation agenda in cross border money movement and other ventures.

Product Benchmarking and Strategy

  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust business intelligence strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in international money transfer.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance our competitive position.

Lead Product Commercialization Strategy:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for new products and services, considering regional and cultural nuances in international markets.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling value propositions and messaging for new offerings.
  • Build sales collaterals and tools to effectively cross-sell and up-sell solutions.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

- 20+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the payments industry

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail

- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with a diverse team of professionals

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry is a plus
